The floor rising projection screen with motor consists of an aluminium housing. The projection screen will rise up from the bottom to the top.

This projection screen fabric is called CLR Pet crystal. This kind of screen does show fins which are colored black from on side (top side) and white/gray from the other side (bottom side).

This is the reason why the screens reflects the light just from one side (bottom side) perfectly, but not/alot less from the other side (top side). This effect is used by ultra short throw projectors because they send the light from bottom side to the screen. So the fabric just reflects the light from the projector but not from other light soures like windows or lamps which come from higher sources.
